Forsooth LLC ( Forsooth) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) will help you understand how we collect and use personal information, and what we will and will not do with the information we collect. Our Policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with Forsooth LLC of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet, but to exceed, most existing privacy standards.
Forsooth provides consulting services to its clients regarding grant funding and eligibility, as well as quality control services. As part of that work, Forsooth may receive personal data, including salary and employment history. Forsooth receives this data directly from its clients, who gather the data and must comply with the EU-U.S. DPF Principles. We do not use a website for this, all communication is over a platform controlled exclusively by the client. This data is not stored on any device, platform, or other digital storage owned or controlled by Forsooth.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any given time. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page. If at any point in time Forsooth LLC decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.

Forsooth has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, Forsooth commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of human resources data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF in the context of the employment relationship.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) of the EU you have certain rights as a Data Subject. These rights are as follows:
- The right to be informed: this means we must inform you of how we intend to use your personal data and we do this through the terms of this Policy.
- The right of access: this means you have the right to request access to the data we hold about you and we must respond to those requests within one month.

Arbitration
Forsooth is obligated to arbitrate claims and follow the terms as set forth in Annex I of the DPF Principles, provided that an individual has invoked binding arbitration by delivering notice to your organization and following the procedures and subject to conditions set forth in Annex I of Principles.
Lawful requests by public authorities
Forsooth is required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Accountability for onward transfer
Although Forsooth does not transfer your data to third parties under any circumstances except as described in this policy, Forsooth is liable in the event that it makes unauthorized onward transfers as detailed in the Data Privacy Framework.
